Yes. You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Do you cover return shipping fees?

If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we cover 100% of return shipping costs. For standard returns/exchanges, a small prepaid label fee will be deducted from your refund — no need to arrange your own shipping.

I received a damaged or defective item — what do I do?

We’re really sorry about that! Just email us at support@prayingofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number, and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund — no hassle required.
